Local tax
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
Local tax per person (14 years or older): 1,35 € per night.
From 01.01.2023 the local tax per person (14 years or older) is 1,55 € per night.

A down payment
of Euro 100 is required for reservations, should the reservation
be cancelled on short notice, this amount will be retained as
a cancellation fee. The apartment will be available to you as
of 2 pm on the day of your arrival and until
10:00 am on your departure day. |
